We create a place for the magic our eyes have forgotten to capture, yet the world still holds for us to feel.With great honor and respect, we make it efficient and accessible for you to walk thisjourney. Every class and product is designed to deepen your feeling of connection and bring the sacred into the everyday life. We use the mystical to ground ourselves; yoga classes chosen to match the female menstruation- and moon cycles, Manasala’s sacred pouch and carefully crafted messages.

We want to open our eyes, look at the beauty life has to offer. We want to feel with our hands, live through connection. Because Manasala stands for unity we want to embrace different cultures, philosophies, morals, viewpoints, religions, paths and lifestyles. Some people believe there is one God, some believe there are many. Some believe there is one God, exciting trough many. Forsome it is energy, for others it is appreciation for the moment. Others might still be looking.
We believe that an act coming from the heart is a prayer in motion. Meaning that if you act with and through intention, you create a sacred moment.
